As Istanbul Casting, we operate as your "One-Stop Partner" by offering engineering, pattern design, casting, machining, quality control, and delivery processes all under one roof. With over 30 years of industry experience, we aim to build sustainable and long-term relationships with our clients in the international market.

Thanks to our flexible and solution-oriented production approach, we successfully cast parts ranging from 5 kg to 5,000 kg. We operate using hand molding techniques and 10-ton/hour capacity continuous mixers (Alphaset & CO₂ resin systems). Using the advanced NOVACAST casting simulation software, we analyze liquid metal flow and solidification in advance to achieve optimized results based on the zero-defect principle.

1985

Company founded (Trademark registered in 1994).

Expansion

Relocated to the 6,000 m² facility in Dilovası, Kocaeli, and commenced exports.

2005

A 4-ton furnace was installed; melting capacity increased to 6.5 tons.

2008

A new spectrometer was installed, initiating the casting of duplex and super duplex materials.

2009

Investment in a shot blasting machine was made.

2010

The machining workshop was expanded.

2018

Legal status changed to Joint Stock Company (A.Ş.).

2022

A thermal sand reclamation system was installed to recycle waste sand and reduce wastage.

2023

Laboratory infrastructure was modernized (microscope, impact/hardness testers, and software).

2024

The pattern shop and machining facility were expanded.

2025

An aluminum melting furnace was installed, starting aluminum casting up to 200 kg.

2026

2014/68/EU PED and AD 2000 W0 certificates were obtained for steel and ductile iron castings.

We are a reliable supplier offering consistent quality at international standards. In our facility, which holds ISO 9001:2015, PED 2014/68/EU, and AD 2000 W0 certificates, all tests and inspections are conducted by our certified expert personnel.

Non-destructive testing (UT, MT, PT, VT by Level II certified NDT operators), chemical analyses, and mechanical tests are meticulously performed in our in-house quality laboratory.
