Istanbul Casting owes its ability to successfully produce even the most complex and massive parts, without being limited by automation, to its expertise in the Hand Molding system. The experience of our master molders, combined with high-capacity modern equipment, yields perfect results in every casting.
The main power source in our molding process is our advanced Alphaset resin mixer, capable of providing 10 tons/hour of sand output. This high speed and capacity ensure that even large-scale molds are prepared homogeneously and rapidly, minimizing production times.
To increase chemical resistance and obtain a smooth casting surface, we use Alphaset and Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) resins in our processes. These special resin systems ensure that the mold shows maximum resistance to the high heat and pressure of the liquid metal, while eliminating the risk of gas porosity and elevating part quality to the highest level.
Complex geometries and heavy-tonnage parts that cannot be molded by automatic lines are carefully shaped by masterful hands.
