At Istanbul Casting, we believe that quality must be present from the very beginning of the process, not just at the end of production. Therefore, in our modern in-house quality laboratory, we meticulously inspect all our manufacturing processes from raw material entry to final product delivery.
In our facility equipped with high-tech devices, Spectral Analyses to determine the exact chemical composition of the liquid metal, Mechanical Yield, Tensile, and Elongation Tests to measure material strength, and optional Hardness Tests are conducted by our expert engineers.
Furthermore, to guarantee the internal and surface integrity of the casting parts, we actively utilize Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods that cause no harm to the part. With applications such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT/MPI), we detect even the smallest micro-cracks, delivering flawless and reliable parts to our customers.
We check alloy ratios before and after casting with pinpoint accuracy using our spectrometer devices.
We verify the material's resistance to harsh working conditions through yield, tensile, elongation, and hardness (Brinell, Rockwell) tests.
We prevent surface and internal structure defects by applying UT (Ultrasonic) and MT/MPI (Magnetic Particle) tests without compromising part integrity.
