In our induction furnaces, the casting of your orders is carried out with great care by our expert and qualified personnel. After the casting process is completed, the parts are handed over to our specialized casting cleaning (grinding/fettling) team to achieve a flawless surface quality.
Considering the harsh working conditions in the final application areas of the parts, professional heat treatment applications are carried out to achieve the targeted superior mechanical values (hardness, toughness, tensile strength). Subsequently, final surface treatments are completed in our massive shot blasting machine, which has internal dimensions of 2500x2500x3500(h) mm and a single-part capacity of 10 tons, making the parts ready for delivery or machining.
