As Istanbul Casting, we are an integrated foundry capable of completing every stage of the production process in our own facility.
With a total gross melting capacity of 7.5 tons, our facility features multiple induction furnaces with varying capacities from 200 kg to 4 tons. This equipment ensures that each material is rapidly melted according to its specific requirements.
Our molding process is carried out by our experienced team using hand molding techniques. Our sand mixer with a capacity of 10 tons per hour operates integrated with Alphaset and CO₂ resin systems to provide flawless and smooth surface quality.
To ensure the desired mechanical properties, we apply quenching, tempering, and forced air cooling processes. Our facility is equipped with modern heat treatment furnaces measuring 3000×1750×1500 mm and 2000×1500×1500 mm.
Post-casting parts are delicately cleaned in our giant shot blasting unit, which has a 10-ton single-part capacity and dimensions of 2500×2500×3500 mm. Priming operations are also carried out in-house upon request.
Welding and repair operations required during or after production are performed by our certified welding experts in full compliance with international standards, without compromising safety and quality.
We can deliver the parts we cast either rough machined or fully machined (finished). Thanks to our advanced machining park, 60-70% of our production consists of parts that are directly "Ready-to-Assemble".
The secret of a flawless casting lies in patterns produced with high precision. In our in-house pattern shop, we produce first-class patterns with our expert team and a CNC Router with a machining area of 3000x2000mm.
Additionally, we provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and modification services for your existing patterns.
